Report on the adequacy between skills needed by building companies concerning team leaders and available training offer.
Preliminary analysis od company needs in terms of skills and competences required from worksite supervisors and team leaders in the partner countries.
Selection, by each project partner, of representative VET paths related to initial education and to vocational training (preferably shared with companies) to screen and confront their contents and pedagogical methods to the company needs.
Identification of transversal skills to be reinforced within the pathways addressing team leaders and worksite supervisors by country, then transnational compilation, analysis, interpretation and choice for the (re)design of VET curricula in terms of learning outcomes, contents, pedagogical methods and tools, as well as validation (of transversal skills). Inclusion of relevant results of the previous European projects identified before the project starts.
