Guidelines for pedagogical methods and tools for (re)designed VET paths addressing both VET centres and company tutors and also including instructions and recommendations for accompaniment of the learning process.
Setting up of a common transnational methodology of conceiving training modules enabling the partners to switch from the logic of separate thematic training blocks to the logic of learning modules aiming at a better capacity to master activities that need combination of different kind of knowledge required by companies from team leaders and worksite supervisors.
Common reflection and operational recommendations on how to integrate appropriate tools facilitating modular learning processes and individualisation of VET paths intended to two job profiles as determined above. Some results of previous European projects focussed specifically on the e-learning platforms and other ICTs will be integrated.
Elaboration of the methodology and recommendations for the accompaniment of learners at VET centre and in company, with a focus on the methods and tools of communication between both contributors to the individualised training processes.
